Information You Choose to Provide
Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or other search detail into a partner search box, that query is sent to the outside provider that operates the tool. Genesee County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or other contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.
